The X-Files’ Fox Mulder and Dana Scully

I was only 12 when conspiracies, alien hunting and the inexplicable turned me into an X-Phile in the mid 90s. German voiced Dana Scully was icy, tough and sceptical, never sex bomb, never damsel but still flawed as any other hero would be and thus she perfectly balanced trusting Fox Mulder.

I totally identified with Scully, not only because we both had the same fiery red hair. But I also identified with Fox Mulder, an atheist advocate of faith, who believed in endless possibilities and fallibility of man’s sciences. Scully and Mulder kinda reflected my inner conflicts..
